  • A non-refundable retainer of $5,000 is required to initiate each search. This retainer secures your engagement with Househeld and covers the initial stages of our bespoke search process, including a comprehensive consultation to assess your household’s unique needs, a strategic sourcing plan, and candidate outreach and vetting. The retainer is valid for six months and will be fully applied toward the final placement fee upon successful hire.

  • The placement fee for permanent domestic placements is 20% of the candidate’s gross annualized compensation.

Please note: This rate applies to placements within the continental United States. For searches outside of this region, we invite you to contact us directly for customized terms and fee structures.

  • For temporary assignments, Househeld charges 30% of the candidate’s total gross compensation for the duration of the engagement.

We have a 3-month minimum engagement requirement for temporary placements.

Please note: This rate applies to placements within the continental United States. For searches outside of this region, we invite you to contact us directly for customized terms and fee structures.

  • We stand behind every placement. Househeld offers a 90-day complimentary replacement period for permanent placements should the candidate leave or be terminated within the first three months of employment.
